  3.     As we've had a lot of questions about our organization recently, 
  4. we thought we'd provide some enlightenment!  Please feel free to send 
  5. specific questions our way.

  8. TERRA LIBRA was formed in May of 1993 by Mr. Frederick Mann, a native 
  9. of South Africa who has spent the last 25+ years living in various 
  10. countries around the world, learning how to overcome and escape from 
  11. various forms of governmental and institutionalized coercion.  TERRA 
  12. LIBRA heralds the establishment of a worldwide free enterprise zone; we 
  13. are not really a "company" but rather, a NEW COUNTRY which transcends 
  14. currently enforced territories and "national borders."  Your receipt of 
  15. this message obviously shows you that we are inextricably tied to the 
  16. information superstructure of the free marketplace of both pragmatic 
  17. products *and* ideas....via our fledgling presence on the INTERNET.  
  18. We are "headquartered" [an oxymoronic term, as we are not a hierarchy 
  19. but a network] in Phoenix, Arizona in the USA.  We are committed to the 
  20. creation of alternative, voluntary institutions designed to replace 
  21. those coercive institutions currently collapsing throughout society. 
  22. We offer a "new twist" on what might broadly be described as the 
  23. transhistorical "freedom movement."  This "human potential movement" or 
  24. attempt to increase individual sovereignty or "human empowerment 
  25. program" or whatever you want to call it has traditionally met with 
  26. limited success, because it was ALTRUISTICALLY based -- it previously 
  27. functioned via self-sacrifice for a "noble cause." With TERRA LIBRA we 
  28. have changed all that, and we are already meeting with phenomenal 
  29. success on a global level in terms of the dissemination of our ideas and 
  30. approaches to the problem of human tyranny in a short year and a half.  
  31. We operate explicitly according to Business Dynamics and the common law 
  32. right of individuals to enter into voluntary contracts.  We sell a 
  33. series of informational reports, products, and services -- some of them 
  34. quite transcendental in scope -- which we label "Freedom Technology": 
  35. these include the PRACTICAL methods and materials needed to create a 
  36. literal explosion of freedom on this planet within the coming decade -- 
  37. perhaps sooner.  We function through a simple two-level "network 
  38. marketing" approach in terms of the distribution of our products and 
  39. services.  Among the types of "Freedom Technology" we currently offer 
  40. are included:  Pure Contract Trusts, Privatized Banking Packages [we 
  41. have created backing for the World Trade Clearinghouse, the world's 
  42. first 100% gold-backed private bank which utilizes computer encrypted 
  43. on-line accounts for complete privacy...], *Proven* Tax Abatement 
  44. Strategies, SuperHealth Information, and many other technologies useful 
  45. for inducing the perceptual and economic shift necessary to liberate 
  46. one's life from the grips of the "territorial gangsters" and  
  47. bureaucrats/technocrats.  As you can well imagine, we control and 
  48. disburse some powerfully synthesized and exceptionally integrated 
  49. information, and we are looking for more intelligent individuals to help 
  50. us disseminate our life-enhancing, highly empowering products and 
  51. services.  Please understand that we are not interested in attacking nor 
  52. even in reforming governments; we want to capitulate the *withdrawal of 
  53. support* from them and pragmatically IGNORE their vapid machinations -- 
  54. so that they will inexorably crumble under the overwhelming weight of 
  55. their own parasitic evil.  We are all about making manifest on this 
  56. planet the difference between what is and what rightfully ought to be -- 
  57. and for the first time in human history, through the power of 
  58. decentralized communications and powerful research and support -- we 
  59. have the winning edge toward enabling the profound paradigmatic shift 
  60. necessary to provide impetus for the further evolution of human 
  61. consciousness.
